This is the Sideclick Adapter Clip ONLY for the NVIDIA® SHIELD™
Sideclick Universal  Remote NOT INCLUDED.  

This Sideclick Adapter Clip for the NVIDIA® SHIELD™ connects the
NVIDIA® SHIELD™remote to the Sideclick Universal Remote. 

*Works only with NVIDIA® SHIELD™ remote with built-in rechargeable battery and headphone jack. Does not work with SHIELD remote with replaceable coin cell batteries

If you do not already have a Sideclick universal remote attachment, you will need to select the Sideclick Universal Remote for NVIDIA® SHIELD™ which includes the Sideclick universal remote and adapter clip.

Shipping

Sideclick processes orders within1-2 business days of purchase.  Domestic shipping times are typically 2-5 days delivery.  Customers will receive an email with tracking upon purchase.

Product Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase, if purchased direclty from SideclickRemotes.com.

To return your product, please email our customer service team at help@sideclickremotes.com. You may be required to fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include with your returned product.

Do NOT return the product to the address in which it was sent.  The correct Returns address is found on the RMA form.  

If purchased from a retailer or authorized reseller, you must refer to that reseller's independent return policy and seek return/replacement directly with that reseller unless the Sideclick product is defective and in which case would fall under the Warranty Policy.  Sideclicks purchased on Amazon must be returned through Amazon.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you purchased it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging.  You must also provide receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the product is defective).
